First Aid at Work refresher course

What will you learn?

First-aid techniques change on a regular basis, making it important to also regularly update your knowledge and skills. We have a wide range of refresher courses that are recognised by the Belgian federal government.

The refresher course lasts four hours:

  • In the first two hours you learn how to deal with emergencies, resuscitation, calling the emergency services, choking, the use of an insulation blanket and other practices.
  • For the last two hours you can choose one item from the list below:
  • wounds;
  • burns;
  • choking and breathing problems;
  • faintness, diabetes, strokes and chest pains;
  • injuries to bones, muscles and joints;
  • resuscitation and defibrillation (use of an AED).
