Pledge 2015, Belgian Red Cross-Flanders’ new strategic plan, is wide-reaching and ambitious. It sets out the mission of the Red Cross around eight core guidelines, 41 goals and 161 action points.
Pledge 2015 follows on from Strategy 2010. The latter paved the way for a clear and structured plan characterized by quantifiable results; with Pledge 2015, the Red Cross is now looking ahead to the next five years.
